to support your journey towards
change, healing and transformation

Life’s toughest moments can feel impossible to face alone. When personal struggles or relationship challenges become overwhelming, compassionate support is there for you. Here, you'll find your balance again, heal deeply, and gather the tools to move forward with clarity and hope.

Hi, I'm Linda.

I specialise in holistic Mind & Body Psychotherapy, combining talking therapy with mindfulness and body-based techniques. My focus areas are Addictions and Complex Trauma, and I am currently training in the treatment of Compulsive Sexual Behaviours - porn, sex and love addiction.

My practice is LGBTQ+ inclusive, I am competent to work with Gender, Sexual and Relationship Diversity (GSRD), and offer kink- and BDSM affirming therapy.

I offer a more embodied, holistic, and spiritual approach to psychological support designed to help you navigate what you’re feeling and identify the right path to reduce distress, live more fully and help you move from feeling stuck and unable to cope to lasting change. Through therapy, you’ll gain the tools and insights to build resilient coping strategies and cultivate helpful habits of mind and behaviour, leading to lasting mental and physical well-being.

Common areas of support

Unhelpful Behaviour Patterns
Addictions and Compulsive Sexual Behaviours - including porn, sex and love addiction

Trauma

Finding it hard to move forward after significant trauma, or going through something deeply painful, i.e. accident, bereavement, relationship breakup, or abuse.

Emotional overwhelm

Overwhelmed by intense emotions, i.e. shame, guilt, panic, chronic worry, hopelessness, and lacking motivation.

Chronic physical conditions

Chronic pain or chronic fatigue - for example - often exacerbated by trauma create a complex cycle where long-term illness and past psychological wounds deeply influence one another.
